I am a Registered Acupuncturist dedicated to helping patients achieve balance and wellness through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
With the use of modalities such as acupuncture, tui na (Chinese massage), fire cupping, gua sha (scraping) and moxibustion, I am able to tailor each treatment to provide personalized care. TCM is incredible in treating a wide range of conditions such as insomnia, digestive issues, stress and reproductive health, to name only a few. As a graduate from the Acupuncture program at Kootenay Columbia College, I have a deep understanding of the ancient healing arts which facilitates the treatment of the root cause of illness and not just the presenting symptoms.
I believe a safe environment enhances one’s healing, and so I take pride in providing a gentle and compassionate approach to the medicine, allowing patients to feel heard and supported. I look forward to joining you on your healing journey

**cupping may not be covered by your extended benefits** Cupping is an ancient healing technique practiced in traditional Chinese and Middle Eastern medicine. Glass cups are placed on your skin to create a gentle suction. This helps to boost blood flow to the area which helps to ease tension, relieve pain, reduce stress and promote relaxation.
