With the use of modalities such as acupuncture, tui na (Chinese massage), fire cupping, gua sha (scraping) and moxibustion, I am able to tailor each treatment to provide personalized care. TCM is incredible in treating a wide range of conditions such as insomnia, digestive issues, stress and reproductive health, to name only a few. As a graduate from the Acupuncture program at Kootenay Columbia College, I have a deep understanding of the ancient healing arts which facilitates the treatment of the root cause of illness and not just the presenting symptoms.

The initial appointment will include a detailed consultation in order to curate a personalized treatment plan. The treatment plan will be made up of a combination of one or more modalities including: acupuncture, cupping, tui na (Chinese massage), gua sha (scraping), moxibustion, dietary and lifestyle recommendations
