This 30-minute session combines targeted physiotherapy treatment with shockwave therapy to address persistent pain and promote tissue healing. Shockwave uses acoustic waves to stimulate blood flow, reduce pain, and support recovery in conditions such as tendinopathies, plantar fasciitis, and chronic soft tissue injuries. Your physiotherapist will assess your current symptoms, apply shockwave to the affected area as appropriate, and provide guidance on exercises or strategies to support ongoing recovery. This treatment is best suited for individuals with localized, ongoing pain who would benefit from a focused, evidence-informed intervention.
