Maria grew up on a farm in rural Saskatchewan. In her late teens she took a giant leap of faith, and moved to Vancouver island. She instantly fell in love with the beautiful west coast, the ocean breeze and mountain views and knew this was home. Maria has always had a passion for self-care and personal development. Striving to learn and become a better version of herself. She became a mother in 2005 and it inspired her begin her holistic healing journey. She completed her schooling at the B.C Institute Of Holistic Healing in chilliwack, B.C, where she complete a variety of integrated therapies such as aromatherapy, reflexology, reiki, chair massage and hot rock massage. She worked as a bodyworker at a few different spa's in Nanaimo.
In 2012 Maria moved to Victoria to pursue her education at the West Coast Collage of Massage Therapy. She completed her RMT training which include the 3000 hr program. She is passionate about continuing educational courses to strengthen her clinical practice. Maria understands every client has unique needs and she customizes her treatments based on what each individual is needing at that time. When she is not working Maria enjoys, exploring Vancouver Island, hiking, camping and gaining new experiences.
