Maria-Eugenia is a a Registered Psychotherapist and Counsellor. Maria-Eugenia works with people individuals, couples and families who are looking for support with issues of an emotional, interpersonal, well-being and mental health nature.
Maria-Eugenia believes that individuals can thrive, and that they have the power to re-write their lives the way they envision it. Narrative Therapy is the foundations of her practice. She strives to create an emotionally safe, genuine and warm environment where clients can feel free, heard and understood. Maria-Eugenia believes in her client’s uniqueness, as each person has their own story which has shaped their present experiences. She helps her clients re-author a new narrative that is more fulfilling and in line with their values and preferred self. The goal of her therapeutic approach is to support individuals in witnessing their strengths to gradually heal the situations that are influencing them. She acknowledges the broader social, cultural, and systemic context that surround people’s lives. She works under a feminist, anti-oppressive lens along with an equity, diversity and trauma informed practice.
Outside of clinic life, Maria-Eugenia enjoys spending time with her family and has a new found passion of paddling and the outdoors.

If it's been more than 6 months since your last treatment with us or something in your skin or health has changed, a skin care re-assessment is an opportunity to re-evaluate your plan and tailor it to suit your needs.
Before jumping into a treatment plan, a holistic skin care assessment is an opportunity for you get clear on what direction you need to take. This is an opportunity for you to identify your skin concerns, discuss yours goals, and discuss the efficacy of your current home care regime and/or treatments. Do not hesitate to bring all the products you are currently using. You can expect our holistic aesthetician will make home care recommendations and a treatment plan as well as appropriate referrals for care outside the clinic.

This appointment is for existing IV care patients who have completed a treatment plan and need to follow-up with labwork &/or discuss alterations to their IV formula or treatment strategy. This is intended for patients only wanting to pursue intravenous therapy. Patients who are interested in nutritional advise, special testing, acupuncture or any other modality in Naturopathic Medicine should book an Initial Naturopathic Consultation.
