With over a decade of experience in the children's mental health field, I've supported many individuals in navigating their personal growth and development, including the unique challenges of their parenting journey. My approach is all about compassion, understanding, and practical support. I use attachment-focused methods to deepen your connection with your child, and through narrative therapy, we'll explore your story and find new perspectives.
I also incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) into my practice, helping you embrace your thoughts and feelings. Together, we'll develop mindfulness skills and commit to actions that align with your values. As a COSP™ (Circle of Security Parenting) Registered Facilitator, I'll help you understand and respond to your child's emotional needs, fostering a sense of security and confidence.
I'm fluent in both Spanish and English, so you can choose the language you're most comfortable with. I strive to engage you with warmth, understanding, and a judgment-free approach.
