During this call, we can briefly talk about symptoms you may be experiencing such as pelvic pain, bladder or bowel concerns, pregnancy or postpartum recovery, core weakness, or return to exercise. I can explain how pelvic floor physiotherapy works, what an assessment and treatment may look like, and whether it may be helpful for your situation. This call is informational only and does not replace a full physiotherapy assessment or provide diagnosis or treatment. If appropriate, we can discuss next steps and whether booking a full appointment would be beneficial. This is a great option if you would like to learn more, feel more comfortable before booking, or simply have a few questions about pelvic health physiotherapy. This service is offered at the comfort of your own home where we perform a full body assessment, establish a plan and individualized exercise plan for you. You will receive an email with the plan and exercises in written and video format. You have access to me for any questions you may have. The price includes my travel time.
