I specialize in women’s mental health, with a focus on perinatal care—supporting you through pregnancy, postpartum, and all the transitions that come with motherhood.
My approach blends TEAM-CBT, which supports lasting change through empathy and practical tools, with EMDR, a powerful method for healing past trauma and shifting painful beliefs that may be holding you back.
