Marina, has been a Registered Massage Therapist for 17 years and has been part of the Health Matters Chiropractic Team for 14 years.
An active member, in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and the Registered Massage Therapy Association of Ontario, Marina prides herself on building long lasting therapeutic relationships with her patients. She encourages and promotes her patients to take an active approach toward their treatment and individually tailors treatment plans and recommends remedial exercise for home maintenance and prevention.
Over the years Marina has developed expertise in working with varied patients of all ages. She is experienced in treating pregnant patients, sports and motor vehicle related injuries, and provides supportive chronic pain and cancer treatment. She is also proficient in providing treatment for stress and postural related dysfunctions. Marina's various techniques allow for diversity in each unique treatment she delivers as she believes that no two people or treatments are the same.
In previous years, Marina has taught massage therapy students at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy and as a result she enjoys educating and sharing her knowledge with her clients. Marina is available from Tuesday through Saturday.
