Marina is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with a strong background in fitness training, personal training, and exercise therapy. She combines hands-on therapeutic techniques with movement-based strategies to help clients reduce pain, restore function, improve mobility, and support long-term health.
She believes that effective treatment begins with identifying the root cause of pain, rather than simply addressing the symptoms. Through a thorough assessment of posture, movement patterns, lifestyle, and contributing factors, she develops personalized treatment plans designed to provide more effective and lasting results.
Her practice includes therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), TMJ therapy, Indie Head Massage, myofascial techniques, and remedial exercise, allowing her to tailor each session to the individual needs of her clients.
Whether clients are recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, improving athletic performance, or seeking relief from stress and tension, Marina’s goal is to help them move better, feel better, and achieve lasting improvements in their overall well-being.
