I completed extensive training in a variety of massage therapy techniques at RCCMT and OCTCM. My treatments blend Swedish massage, Lomi Lomi, Trigger Point Therapy, and elements of Fascia Stretch Therapy (FST) to help improve mobility, relieve tension, and support your overall health and well-being.
