Hello, my name is Mario Wadie and I am a Physical Therapist. My treatment philosophy revolves strongly around Manual therapy and a home exercise program to reinforce treatment effects. I have treated various conditions from a simple ankle sprain, to back pain, to post-op rotator cuff rehab.
I know the value of physical activity and in my free time you will find me playing basketball, hiking, biking, or working out. I am also a big foodie so feel free to recommend good hiking trails and restaurants that I should explore.

Double the treatment! A 60-minute Physiotherapy follow-up home visit treatment based the previous assessment findings. This may include Manual Therapy, Soft-tissue work, Exercise Prescription, and education.
45-60 minute comprehensive subjective and objective assessment and treatment of your chief complaint. As with all our services, this will be provided in your home. All Equipment will be provided and sanitized by your therapist to facilitate a seamless session.
A unique hybrid assessment involving a movement and injury screen as well as a detailed on-bike analysis of riding mechanics and causes of current or potential dysfunction or suboptimal performance.
A 30-minute Physiotherapy follow-up home visit treatment based the previous assessment findings. This includes a regular treatment and some additional time for acupuncture.
