After working in a manufacturing company for more than five years, I constantly struggled with muscle aches and pains—especially in my lower back. Regular visits to a massage therapist became my relief, and that’s when a thought came to me: “Why don’t I just become a Massage Therapist?” Not only would I be able to help myself, but I could also bring relief to others—especially my workmates and people who experience the same struggles.
I pursued my passion and graduated from the 3000-hour Advanced Massage Therapy Program at Makami College in Edmonton. Through this training, I became skilled in a variety of techniques including Relaxation Massage, Swedish Therapeutic Massage, Pre-Natal Massage, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Hot Stone Massage, and Sports Massage.
Over the years, I’ve been grateful to receive positive feedback from my clients, many of whom appreciate my ability to listen and tailor each treatment to their unique needs. My goal has always been to provide more than just temporary relief—I strive to create long-term wellness through personalized care.
To further expand my knowledge and provide a deeper level of healing, I completed my studies in Manual Osteopathic Therapy at MOCC, Edmonton. This gentle, non-invasive therapy works to improve whole-body health by strengthening and balancing the musculoskeletal system. Using a range of techniques, I help relieve restrictions in bones, muscles, and joints—supporting the body’s natural ability to heal.
At Power of Touch Massage, my mission is simple: to help people feel better, move better, and live better through the power healing of the touch.

Thai Motion Therapy is a bodywork modality combining Traditional Thai massage, yoga postures, and mobility-enhancing movements, often referred to as "lazy yoga". It involves assisted stretches, rhythmic compression, and acupressure to improve flexibility, circulation, and relieve muscle tension. The therapy is typically performed on a mat with the client fully clothed.
