It is taught one-on-one with a physiotherapist using a therapeutic approach, to target and improve specific movement dysfunctions, injury rehabilitation, and manage painful conditions. All clinical pilates clients require a one hour clinical pilates physiotherapy assessment to discuss their medical history, review any concerns and goals, and perform a physical assessment on the pilates equipment.
