Our Advanced Performance Testing (APT) is a one-on-one assessment designed to analyze and interpret key movement metrics. Utilizing research-grade force plates and digital dynamometry, we gather clean, objective data on strength, symmetry, explosiveness, and force generation curves. This in-depth analysis provides a deeper understanding of your performance, helping to guide exercise prescription and training advice tailored to your specific needs. **As this is a preventative screening service, we are unable to offer direct billing. Payment will be required at the time of your appointment; however, you will receive a receipt that you may submit to your extended health benefits for potential reimbursement.**

We are happy to offer complimentary orthotic fitting appointments. If you choose to proceed with custom orthotics, a $250 deposit will be collected prior to placing the order. This amount will be credited toward the total cost of your orthotics.
