Mark brings a deep understanding of how to safely address injuries and events contributing to pain and restricted movement. With his insights and experience as a bodyworker and licensed acupuncturist, Mark is passionate about guiding clients through the process of restoring healthy movement.
Sessions with Mark combine neuroscience with classical Chinese Medicine to unwind the patterns of pain and injury while also restoring your underlying health. Treatments often include a blend of nourishing bodywork with modalities such as craniosacral therapy to further the restorative process.

Before moving to British Columbia, Mark was well known in Austin, TX as a massage therapist working with many of Austin's runners, triathletes, and professional athletes. As a result, he's had the opportunity to work with teams and training camps in locales around the world. Working with athletes has been a natural extension of his competitive background and career as both a strength and endurance coach.
In his off time, Mark can be found exploring Vancouver Island by land and water, enjoying the rich flavors and foods of the northwest. His passion remains in running competitively, on the track, trail, and road.
