Mark is an experienced physiotherapist who earned his Master’s in Physical Therapy from Western University in 2020. He understands that effective treatment and lasting improvements in health and function begin with thorough assessment and accurate diagnosis. Mark is committed to developing personalized treatment plans that help clients reach their goals and lead healthier, more active lives.
He has extensive experience treating a broad spectrum of musculoskeletal conditions, with a clinical focus on hip and knee osteoarthritis, spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease, and sciatica. He also maintains a strong interest in working with athletes and individuals pursuing improved health, fitness, and physical performance.
His treatment approach emphasizes patient education and therapeutic exercise, complemented by manual therapy, intramuscular stimulation (dry needling), shockwave therapy, and other modalities.
Originally from London, Ontario, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. Outside the clinic, he loves traveling—favourite destinations include Peru, Morocco, and Indonesia—as well as hiking, working out, and watching sports.
