I work with individuals managing neck, shoulder, and back pain, recovering from injury, or looking to stay resilient through sport and training. Treatments are tailored to each person and may include Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, myofascial therapy, and targeted therapeutic work to restore movement and reduce pain.
