I have been an RMT since 2011, when I completed my three year training at Algonquin College. I offer treatments ranging from relaxation massage to treating specific injuries or conditions:
• Muscle pain or tension
• Sports or orthopedic injuries
• Prenatal or post-natal massage
• Stress or anxiety
I have experience working with diverse clientele (all ages) ranging from armchair athletes to elite athletes! I have a compassionate and caring approach to working with clients and am sensitive to clients with anxiety, body image, trauma and limited mobility. I work closely with clients to create a massage experience that is safe, therapeutic and assists with ongoing stress management.
I believe that everyone can benefit from Massage Therapy as it provides an opportunity to slow down, breathe, and restore the body and mind. I look forward to offering you exceptional massage therapy treatments that are tailored to meet your specific health conditions and goals.
In my life outside of massage therapy, I enjoy cooking, reading, biking, gaming and spending some down time with my adorable critters Sam and Tali.

This treatment addresses the muscle tension and aches that develop when working at a desk for extended periods of time. It targets the back, neck & shoulders, allowing for a postural and nervous system reset.
ASMR Massage sessions consist of extremely light, comforting techniques designed to calm and soothe your nervous system. This service is fully customizable and can focus on any combination of face, neck, scalp and shoulders.
