I bring to Sunrise Health over 15 years of clinical experience focused on restoring proper joint mechanics and reducing dysfunction by facilitating proper alignment within the body.
After graduating from the 3000 hour program with West Coast College of Massage therapy, I have expanded my knowledge in myofascial release, osteopathic techniques, muscle energy techniques and CranialSacral Therapy.
I have a rhythmic, flowing light to medium pressure practice. Helping relax and calm tensed muscles while resetting the nervous system. Some techniques can be sensation rich, however my approach is more conservative than deep.
I have been successful in treating a number of different orthopedic and systemic dysfunctions. Some of these include neck pain and discomfort, carpal tunnel and different hand complaints, TOS, frozen shoulder, lower back pain, SI joint dysfunctions and shoulder dysfunctions.
