She empowers women to build muscle, lose or maintain a healthy weight, and feel their best—all while navigating the demands of family and midlife.
Originally from Honduras, Martha brings a vibrant multicultural perspective to her work, speaking fluent Spanish and English.
As a busy mom of two teenagers, she understands the challenges of balancing health, fitness, and family. Since launching SheNutrition.ca in 2020, she has been committed to guiding women toward creating realistic, sustainable habits that fit seamlessly into their lives. Martha is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner who graduated with First Class Honours at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition, is a Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist, a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, and a Canfitpro Personal Trainer Specialist.
