Martin Nowak is a Registered Massage Therapist who completed his studies at ICT Kikkawa College. He is currently registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and the Ontario Massage Therapy Association (OMTA). As a therapist, he offers dynamic treatments for his clients, specializing in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Therapy, Traditional Thai Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Sports Massage. Martin is a former professional dancer, having performed internationally for 11 years. His professional career sparked a keen interest in manual therapies and physical well-being, giving him a credible and relatable approach to treatment. As an integral part of his treatment, he excels at educating clients on simple remedial exercises to optimize health and recovery while at home or at the workplace. Martin also continues to lead a healthy and active lifestyle and enjoys educating athletes on the importance of pre and post event massage therapy. Martin is dedicated to expanding his expertise by continually attending health seminars, reeducating through additional courses and following up on the latest research. As an individual committed to offering support to the general public, Martin also assists multiple charities with his time and services.
