I am a graduate of St. Paul University where I was honored as Paulinian Physical Therapist of the Year (Gold Award) during my internship. I bring a strong foundation in evidence-based practice, compassion, and patient-centered care to every treatment session.
Beyond physiotherapy, I am a second-degree black belt in Shorin-Ryu Karate, which has shaped my discipline, focus, and deep understanding of body mechanics, balance, and movement. This background allows me to integrate strength, control, and functional movement into my rehabilitation approach.
My passion for physiotherapy began in high school, inspired by my grandfather’s journey after suffering a stroke. Attending therapy sessions with him opened my eyes to the powerful impact physiotherapists have—not just in restoring movement, but in rebuilding confidence and quality of life. From that moment, I knew I wanted to be part of helping people regain their independence and return to the activities they love.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy music, traveling, hiking, and fishing, which keep me active, grounded, and connected to nature. I believe movement is medicine, and my goal is to support and empower my patients every step of their recovery journey with empathy, encouragement, and a positive mindset.
