Mary Mitton
SaveHi, I’m Mary! I graduated from the MScPT program at the University of Alberta in Edmonton, and I also hold a specialized BSc in Psychology.
I grew up in Canmore, where I developed a love for sport—playing whatever was in season (with volleyball being my favourite). I also competed in Highland dancing and learned the basics of alpine skiing. While I used to joke that I was a “terrible Canmoreite” because I preferred indoor activities, you can now regularly find me on the ski hill in the winter and running or mountain biking in the summer.

I love to travel, and some of my favourite experiences include skiing in Japan, honeymooning in Scotland, exploring different parts of Europe (mostly through food!), and visiting family and friends on the West Coast.
I am passionate about providing patient-centred care and pride myself on delivering evidence-based, personalized treatment for each individual I work with. I have completed my Diploma in Dry Needling and have taken additional training in Clinical Pilates.
