I use evidence-based practices and structured programs with tangible steps that help clients create real, lasting change. My therapeutic approach includes EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), the Gottman Method, Mindfulness, and Mind-Body Integration through breath and somatic awareness. My goal is to empower clients with practical strategies that promote healing, confidence, and a balanced, meaningful life.

Yoga has shaped my life and my work. I have taught meditation, breathwork and mindfulness at retreats, schools and speaking events, and integrate those tools into therapy for clients who find mind-body work supportive. I bring a love of nature to my practice and find being outside one of many ways I find presence in life

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor, EMDR-trained (in the process of certification), and trained in the Gottman Method Level 1. I also hold a 300-hour Yoga, Meditation, and Breathwork Teacher Training certification.
