I am a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with a passion for promoting health and pain relief. I specialize in various treatment techniques, including deep tissue massage, acupressure, stretching, passive stretching, postural assessment, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations, abdominal massage, fascia stretch therapy, and more.
I strive to integrate Eastern and Western therapeutic knowledge, tailoring each treatment to the individual needs of my patients. I have a strong interest in using massage as an embodiment practice to address emotional and mental health challenges, high stress levels, chronic pain, and digestive disorders. Additionally, I am passionate about educating patients on corrective exercises to improve posture and movement patterns.
Currently, I am focused on studying a style of Chinese Meridian Acupressure to enhance my skills and provide more comprehensive treatments.
Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, hiking, and listening to music.
