A head-to-toe assessment and hands-on treatment, all in one visit. Treatment may include gentle osteopathic techniques (musculoskeletal, visceral, craniosacral, etc.) to reduce tension, improve mobility and support your body's natural healing.

Osteopathy looks at TMJ dysfunction as part of a bigger picture, checking how your jaw connects to your neck, upper back, and even your breathing pattern. Your osteopath will use hands-on techniques, gentle joint mobilization, cranial work, and myofascial release, to release restrictions feeding into jaw tension and improve how your whole system moves together. It's a slower, whole-body approach that pairs well with more targeted jaw-specific work.

Our paediatric osteopathy assessment is designed to help identify and support the root causes of your child’s discomfort, movement concerns, or developmental changes. Using gentle, non-invasive techniques, your osteopath will assess how your child’s body moves and functions — from head to toe — to help restore balance and ease.
