He commonly works with conditions such as low back pain, neck pain and stiffness, and lower body injuries, using moderate to deep pressure based on client preference and therapeutic goals. His treatments often incorporate a blend of General Swedish massage, Myofascial Trigger Point Release, and Low Grade Joint Mobilization to restore mobility and reduce pain.
When he's not working, he's usually either on the trail with his golden retriever Boone or cooking with his girlfriend! Matt also spends a lot of time training for running races and Ironman triathlons.
