I was drawn to physiotherapy because it combines so many things I enjoy—working with people, staying active, and helping others make meaningful changes in their lives. Being able to create a positive environment where movement and exercise are part of the solution is what makes this profession so rewarding to me.
At the heart of my practice is education and empowerment. I see my role as a coach, helping people better understand their bodies and their condition while building the confidence and tools they need to improve their health over the long term.
My approach to care begins with listening. I aim to create a calm and comfortable space where people feel heard, allowing us to work together to piece the puzzle together and identify what’s really driving their symptoms. I’m passionate about building strong therapeutic relationships and helping guide people through injuries with optimism, support, and a clear path forward.
I love learning outside the clinic, and am currently focused on the blending of evidence informed knowledge with the art of person centred care. I also have a keen interest in treating shoulder injuries of all kinds.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy golfing, lifting weights, and camping with my wife and our two daughters. I like to keep things fun in the clinic and love all kinds of music, even country music!

Do you know your VO2max but are not sure exactly how to train it? This session will run you through a brief Zone 2 and Zone 5 workout - to make sure you know what these feel like and how to achieve them. While this isn’t the only way to train your aerobic capacity, it has been shown to be effective as a training regiment. Come ready to exercise on a bike or treadmill.
