Helping others be able to keep moving and doing the things that they love is incredibly important to me. After experiencing several injuries, particularly around my shoulders and wrists, I was able to observe firsthand how impactful massage therapy can be. I understand how frustrating the healing process can be and strive to provide care that is both achievable and effective to get clients back to doing what they love pain-free.

Do you clench or grind your teeth? Is it causing jaw pain or headaches that you can't seem to get rid of? TMJ (jaw) treatments are very gentle; working with the muscles inside the mouth to allow them to relax with ease. Steph will also work on external muscles that contribute to your pain, like the upper back, neck, and head. Price includes HST

This treatment remains within the scope of massage therapy as regulated by the CMTO and is eligible for coverage under most RMT benefits. Please note: This is a follow-up appointment. An initial assessment is required prior to booking this service.

RAPID NeuroFascial Reset (NFR) is a therapeutic treatment offered by a Registered Massage Therapist that targets pain and dysfunction through a neurologically focused, hands-on approach. This initial session includes assessment and treatment under the scope of RMT practice. RAPID may feel different than traditional massage therapy but is fully recognized as massage therapy in Ontario and is covered under extended health plans where applicable.
