Hi, I’m Mattea! I graduated from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy (OVCMT) this summer! I’m passionate about helping people move and feel their best, and I believe therapeutic exercise is a powerful tool alongside hands-on treatment.
I’m also certified in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), which can help break down scar tissue, improve mobility, and reduce pain. My goal is to create a treatment plan that’s tailored to you—so you leave each session feeling better, more informed, and confident in your body’s ability to heal.
