Matthew is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from Humber College. With a strong interest in health, fitness, and human movement, he enjoys helping clients improve mobility, manage muscle tension, and stay active in their everyday lives.
Matthew has experience working with athletes, motor vehicle accident (MVA) patients, and members of the general public. He has treated a wide range of conditions including muscle tightness, overuse injuries, postural tension, and general movement restrictions. His treatments focus on identifying areas of restriction or tension and using therapeutic techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point and myofascial work to help support better movement and overall function.
Matthew aims to provide treatments that are focused, practical, and tailored to each individual needs. Whether someone is dealing with ongoing muscle tension, recovering from an injury, or looking to maintain their overall health, he works to support their goals and help them continue doing the activities that are important to them.
