I have been a certified foot reflexologist since 2002 and hold my RCRT (Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist) designation. With over 20 years of experience, I offer thoughtful, grounded treatments that support relaxation, circulation, and overall well-being.
I also have a background in Pilates, which has deepened my understanding of body mechanics and movement, allowing me to approach each session with greater awareness and precision.
I am a lifelong learner, deeply committed to my work and continuously expanding my knowledge. I bring intention, presence, and genuine care into every reflexology session.
