Meet Meenie – 10 Years of Experience & a Whole Lot of Heart!

With over 10 years of experience, Meenie brings knowledge, skill, and genuine care to every patient she treats.

She completed her Master of Science in Physiotherapy at Manchester Metropolitan University, where she was proudly awarded a Vice Chancellor Scholarship for her dedication to excellence and evidence-based care.

Before that, she earned her Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy from Guru Nanak Dev University and practiced for three years, building strong hands-on clinical experience before advancing her education internationally.

Today, Meenie is a Registered Physiotherapist with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia and a proud member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. She has a special passion for treating neurological and musculoskeletal conditions and loves helping people get back to doing what they love — pain-free and confident.

Outside the clinic, life is beautifully busy. She loves trail walks, traveling, exploring new cities, and yes adding new tattoos! She absolutely adores her handsome (but very serious) guard dog, Diesel 🐾 he’s extremely good looking but best admired from a distance!

Most importantly, her world revolves around family time with her loving husband and their daughter -the newest (and sweetest!) addition keeping life full and joyful.

A comprehensive evaluation focused on the jaw (temporomandibular joint), surrounding muscles, and related structures. This assessment is designed for individuals experiencing jaw pain, clicking or popping, headaches, facial tension, or difficulty chewing or opening the mouth. During the session, your practitioner will: Review your health history and current symptoms Assess jaw movement, alignment, and range of motion Evaluate muscle tension in the jaw, face, neck, and shoulders Identify contributing factors such as posture, stress, or clenching/grinding Following the assessment, a personalized treatment plan will be discussed, which may include manual therapy, soft tissue release, exercises, and self-management strategies.
