Meg was born in Ontario but moved to the Bow Valley in 2016 for what was meant to be just one ski season in Lake Louise. However, she quickly fell in love with the area’s active lifestyle, easygoing pace, and soul-nourishing energy and has since called the Bow Valley home. The connection to nature and the peaceful rhythm of mountain life quickly became a core part of who she is.
Now an RMT, she has recently graduated from the Alberta College of Massage Therapy and has long been inspired by the body’s innate ability to regulate, regenerate, and heal itself. Her fascination with the body’s natural flow of energy and the therapeutic effects of massage sparked her journey into the field. She believes in the importance of creating space for rest, relaxation, and healing. Her intention is to support clients in deepening their connection to themselves by gently bridging the mind-body connection so they can feel more at ease, more present, and more supported in their overall well-being.
