Comprehensive Movement-Focused Session This session comprises of an assessment, manual therapy, corrective movement, reassessment, and a comprehensive treatment plan. Our Massage Therapists may also utilize methods like deep tissue massage, stretch therapy, joint mobilizations, myofascial techniques, cupping and corrective exercises. Please note: This isn't your usual massage therapy session. Our RMTs will employ manual therapy to enhance movement. Please ensure you bring shorts and a sports bra/tank top for your treatment. This 45-minute hands-on treatment works both inside and outside the mouth to release deep-seated tension in the jaw, face, and surrounding muscles. Using gloved intraoral techniques combined with external massage, your therapist focuses on areas such as the masseter and temporalis to help relieve TMJ discomfort, clenching/grinding, headaches, and facial or neck tension. Warm towels are applied throughout to help ease muscle tightness and create a relaxing, therapeutic experience. All massage appointments are applicable to HST.
