Megan obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from D’Youville College in Buffalo,NY. She worked in the United States for several years, before pursuing her professional license in Canada. She brings a diverse skill set, and has taken post graduate training to enhance her skills in manual techniques, soft tissue release (including cupping and functional dry needling), kinesiology taping and functional exercise. Her treatment approach involves a functional assessment that helps her to determine a unique treatment plan. She then incorporates the use of manual techniques and exercise, that are specific to a client’s needs. Her passion is to provide clients with the skills and
education they need to be an active participant in their recovery.

Megan enjoys an active lifestyle and can be found running, for fitness or after her active toddler. She prioritizes spending quality time with her family and their dog. And being from the United States, she loves to watch and attend college football and basketball games.

This appointment is ideal for: runner's recovering from an injury and/or runner's looking to improve their running form. We will take you through a movement screen and, if appropriate, have you on the treadmill for a running gait analysis. Please bring your running clothing and shoes.
