I graduated from The University of Lethbridge in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, followed by a diploma in Massage Therapy with Honors from Lethbridge College in 2017. With my education and work experience in these fields, I have gained an interest in helping individuals achieve their rehabilitative goals.
My treatment style utilizes various modalities including deep tissue massage, therapeutic massage, trigger point release, and myofascial release through cupping or manual therapy. My main interest lies in helping individuals recover from pain and restriction to support injury prevention, injury management, recovery, and maintenance for high-level training and competing.
I grew up playing competitive hockey and currently officiate elite hockey at the provincial and national level. Away from the rink, I like to keep busy outdoors by returning home to Saskatchewan to work on my family farm.
