Megan is a Registered Psychologist with a Master of Counselling degree from City University of Seattle. Megan approaches her clients with empathy, patience and without judgement, striving to create a space where they feel heard. She is committed to establishing genuine relationships and believes this is the foundation for success in therapy. Megan is passionate about working with individuals with anxiety and OCD, as well as stress, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, self-esteem, and trauma. Megan works with adults in all of these areas.

Megan uses a client-centered, collaborative approach and draws from various therapeutic modalities. These include Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Attachment Theory, Narrative Therapy, Solution-focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).

Starting therapy can be overwhelming, so Megan focuses on ensuring clients are comfortable in their first session. She considers it a great privilege to hear her client’s stories, witness their growth, and help them strive to be the best versions of themselves.

People love Megan's approach and how she will start to gently challenge them as soon as the first session to actively begin the therapeutic process of change. In her personal life, Megan loves golfing, time with family and friends, and spending time with her cute cats.
