Megan is a London local and a graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Fanshawe College, where she also competed in cross-country. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies from the University of Waterloo, where she developed a strong interest in movement and the body’s ability to heal following injury.
As an active individual who enjoys participating in sports for enjoyment, Megan is passionate about movement and helping clients enhance their physical well-being. She focuses on restoring and increasing mobility while reducing pain, tailoring each treatment to support her clients’ individual health and wellness goals
