My love for athletics inspired me to pursue athletic therapy, which eventually led me to massage therapy- where I could combine my interest in the body's mechanics with hands on approach to healing.

30 minute massages are not recommended for first visit's as the assessment and treatment may feel rushed due to the short duration. We would suggest focusing on one area of discomfort, also due to the short duration.
