75-Minute Massage (my favorite treatment!) This is a full-body, customized session designed to give you extra care and attention. The extra 15 minutes allows me to: Provide more hands-on treatment without feeling rushed. Include extras like stretching, cupping, scalp, hands, or hot towels — you can choose what you’d like! Focus on areas that often get ignored: sore feet, tight hamstrings, quads, and hip flexors. Give your body a chance to truly relax and respond. Who it’s for: Clients who want a more thorough, full-body treatment, or those who only come once a month to prioritize self-care. Who it’s not for: Clients who prefer only specific areas worked (e.g., just neck or just back) — the time is best for full-body sessions. Insurance note: Most insurance policies cap at $120 per session, so there may be a small extra out-of-pocket cost. I love this treatment and I think you will too — it’s my favorite way to give you full-body care while still keeping my energy and focus at 100%!

90-Minute Massage -The Ultimate Self-Care! All the time your body deserves! This session lets me give full attention to every sore spot - those tired feet, tight hamstrings, neglected quads, and hip flexors - plus all your favorite extras. Perfect for clients who only have one session a month to truly prioritize themselves. Not ideal if you only want a specific area worked. The massage therapist is able to use their body weight, and a comfortable depth is achieved that is helps to alleviate postural, sports-induced, and injury-specific tension.
