My name is Megan White and I have been a Registered Massage Therapist since July of 2021. I specialize in reducing pain and tension and improving muscle balance.
I am trained in General Swedish Massage, Therapeutic Massage, Trigger Point Release, Silicone Cupping, Gua Sha, Indian Head Massage and some facial approaches for the head and neck.
I moved to Cape Breton in the spring of 2017, previously a career in communications was unfulfilling and I needed a change. I stumbled upon massage therapy after thinking back to my own injury rehab. In September of 2019 I started my new career path and graduated Island Career Academy with honours in massage therapy in 2021.
I enjoy being outdoors with my husband and two dogs. Running, hiking and riding my motorcycle are some of my favourite ways to kill time!
