Ideology/Treatment Style:
I believe in the importance of investing in one’s body to reach its full potential. I prioritize exercise therapy with complimentary manual therapy as the mainstays of my rehab approach. I emphasize the importance of collaborative treatment and goal planning and want to work with my patients, as a team, to reach rehab and personal goals. Physio can be a tough journey so it is always a personal goal of mine to insert some fun and laughter into the process whenever the opportunity arises.
About Me:
I love to be active by running, lifting weights and doing yoga. My favorite relaxing past-times are playing video games and watching Formula 1 or anime.
