Meghan's treatment style can be described as ‘flowy and focused’. A combination of Swedish massage techniques with focused therapeutic methods that include neuromuscular therapy, trigger point release, fascial work, and active stretching. Her adaptable approach allows each session to be both relaxing and rehabilitative, tailored to meet my patients exactly where they are in their health journey.
