Client centred treatment is the fore front of Meghan’s practice. Really listening to the client to achieve the best results for each and every treatment they receive. Getting to the root cause of the problem is always the goal.
Stepping outside of massage therapy and introducing a multi disciplinary approach to treatment is very important to her as well, when indicated. Which helps shift the overall healthcare approach to be preventative instead of reactive.
Providing treatment to youth has become one of the focus’ of her practice. Teaching/educating from a young age how to advocate for their bodies and providing support while juggling high level activities and sports helps prevent injury and preventable long term dysfunction as they age. Also introducing the importance of stress and anxiety management.
Meghan is known for her firm pressure and deep tissue approach but is also able to provide a relaxational treatment with general Swedish techniques.
Cupping, Taping, Pre and Post Natal Care are additional courses she has taken.

This appointment is to be booked if you have never seen a registered massage therapist at our clinics. The appointment is 60 min long and includes the appropriate history and physical assessment prior to your massage treatment.
