Meghan’s journey to acupuncture is anything but ordinary! Starting as a young dancer, she felt firsthand the physical demands of an active lifestyle. Later, while navigating the insurance world, she became all too familiar with the challenges of a sedentary career and the inevitable burnout that comes with it. These experiences sparked her deep dive into health and wellness, ultimately leading her to acupuncture.
Today, Meg brings a holistic approach to her practice, focusing on the long-term effects of stress — think muscle aches, digestive troubles, hormonal imbalances, and even signs of premature aging. She’s all about self-care and believes in the power of Traditional Chinese Medicine to transform lives. Her goal? Helping each patient find personalized solutions for a happier, healthier life.
With a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from UBC and as a Registered Acupuncturist with the CCHPBC, Meghan uses her diverse knowledge to treat the unique needs of every patient with a blend of science, heart, and healing wisdom.

A calm, gentle session designed to support your child when they’re feeling off. Whether that’s stress, sleep struggles, growing pains, or big emotions. We start with a simple, age-appropriate chat about what’s been going on (sleep, digestion, mood, energy), then move into a personalized treatment. Everything is adapted to your child’s comfort—treatments are always gentle, and we go at their pace. When helpful, sessions may also include light hands-on techniques like craniosacral therapy, cupping, or gentle facial gua sha to help settle the nervous system. Think of it as a reset for their body and mind—without overwhelm. Most kids leave calmer, more relaxed, and more like themselves again.
A targeted session designed to ease TMJ pain, jaw tension, headaches, tooth clenching, and stress. Combining full-body acupuncture with focused facial points, plus gentle facial Gua Sha and intraoral massage, this treatment softens tight muscles, improves circulation, and supports facial tone, emotional release, and overall balance. Please note: – Not recommended during pregnancy, for active cystic acne, oral infections, malignant head/neck tumours, open wounds, or rashes – Wait at least 3 months after Botox or fillers – Billed as acupuncture; extended health coverage may partially apply
