Meiko is a certified Shiatsu therapist who has completed her studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. Her treatments are grounded in both Japanese bodywork and classical TCM theory. She is currently preparing for board examinations.
With over 10 years of healthcare experience in Japan — including work as a dental hygienist and as a care coordinator in a long-term care setting — Meiko brings a clinically informed and compassionate approach to her treatments. She has extensive experience collaborating with hospitals, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support each individual’s overall well-being.
She specializes in therapeutic Japanese Shiatsu for stress and pain relief, neck and shoulder tension, TMJ discomfort, and fatigue. Her sessions are calm, thorough, and tailored to meet the needs of each individual, from busy parents managing family and work to seniors seeking gentle, restorative care.
