Welcome! I am the owner/practitioner at Intrinsic Therapy. I grew up in Morrisville and moved to St. John's upon graduation in 1998. I spent 15 years there before moving to Halifax where I have lived for the past 9 years. I am so grateful to be home again, close to my family and enjoying the outdoor activities I love so much.
I have been practicing massage therapy since 2003. I worked in a multidisciplinary clinic in St. John's for 5 years then took a break from massage and worked as a lab assistant until 2013 when I moved to Halifax to practice massage again for the next 9 years.
I'm very excited to provide massage therapy services to the Bay d'Espoir region. Our communities are in dire need of all types of health care, medical and alternative.
I look forward to meeting new people and reconnecting with old friends, but most of all easing your physical pain and improving your quality of life.
