Melanie holds a degree in Masters of Arts in Counselling, and is registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists as a qualifying member. Melanie’s approach integrates techniques from several modalities, such as Solution Focused therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Somatic approaches. She has also received additional training in trauma and attachment issues.

Melanie supports adolescents, young adults, adults, and seniors in their journey through life integrating basic Somatic, Sensorimotor, CBT, and Mindfulness concepts primarily through a focus on attachment and trauma issues.
